Recipe from Florida! Easy Vodka Cocktails for Christmas that is made with vanilla ice cream, honey and butter cookies that is so delicous. Let’s not forget a cherry on top for the holiday finishing touch.

    Vodka-Cocktail

Every party should have a signature cocktail to start. I was sent the Unofficial Disney Park Drink Recipe and could not help myself with a cocktail called the ICE CREAM MARTINI on page 160. Yum Yum Yum!

    Vodka-Cocktail

Now I’m not gonna lie but it’s so good it would be very easy to have one to many Vodka Cocktails. The swirling of the vanilla ice cream just changes everything right with the vodka that really makes it a dessert drink all in one.

It’s so easy to make and who better than Disney to create such a simple flavorful drink. If you have ever been to the park, you can’t help hearing all the screaming children so of course Disney has some of the best cocktails ever created in my opinion.

How I Made the Ice Cream Martini

    • Pour about 2 tablespoons of honey onto a small plate and dip the rim of the glass into the honey just so it coats the edges.
    • Crush 3 to 4 cookies into crumbs and place on a plate, then swirl the rim of the glass so it can pick up the crushed cookies.
    • Mix the vodka with ice and strain into the Martini glass.
    • Place a scoop of ice cream in the Martini glass.
    • Place a Maraschino cherry on top and it's ready to serve!

    Variations

Try different cookies such as oreos or chocolate chip cookies, even better whatever cookie that has been made for the holidays. Another great thing to do is trim the glass with hot fudge or salted caramel and use sprinkles for the trim of the glass.

    Top Tip

The ice cream will begin to melt with the vodka, add it right before serving. I would recommend using a non-flavor vodka because the ice cream will flavors the cocktail along with the honey on the trim of the glass.

I always enjoy sharing cocktails with friends but let’s not forget to drink responsibly during the holidays and you must be 21 years of age to have a cocktail in America. Enjoy!

Nothing like an ice cream cocktail to have in the summer time.
