USA Recipe! A healthy gluten-free Thanksgiving breakfast that will keep you satisfied til the main event. What's more American then a big breakfast and Thanksgiving?
I'm making a Thanksgiving Breakfast to Prevent Overeating. If your not looking to put those extra pounds on during the holiday season and you all know what I mean when your zipper no longer goes to the top.
As you struggle to squeeze every inch of your body into your pants like an Italian sausage link and forget that you have stopped breathing and if you bend down, you will NEVER get up!
So I'm prepared by making myself breakfast to start this day. I know cooking is a lot of work for the holidays so I always try to plan ahead. This is the week to do so before the big rush on Nov 21!
So ladies and gentleman be prepared! This is a quick and easy breakfast that you can make ahead of time and warm up for Thanksgiving morning. I tend to freeze mine and then pull it out the night before and just warm it up!
One thing that I know is it fills me up and gives me tons of energy. Best of all this Gluten Free Seeded Bread is about 80 calories and 4 grams of sugar.
Now you can make your own, but when I run out of time I buy it at our local bakery here in Alexandria,VA at Le Pain Quotidien bakery. I have to say they makes delicious Gluten Free Seeded Bread, but if your local bakery does not have gluten free bread, you can always order it at Vitacost.com or Amazon.
You won't believe how easy this is for a Thanksgiving Breakfast to Prevent Overeating.
