Cold Press Juice, Green Apple & Spinach brings me back to Key West Florida. The first time I tried green juice from a cold press, I was hooked by the burst of sweet taste that it makes.
Some people prefer green smoothies which use to be me until I got a cold press machine from NAMA which changed everything. It is so much better and much easier to drink in my full glass of apples and spinach.
You may ask yourself why Key West? I had the most delicious juice a long time ago and not to mention the owner had a grocery store where he gave me some great tips on vegan cooking. Funny thing about traveling in the United States you may not always find places to eat for your diet needs. A salad is not just a salad and a steak is not just a steak. So due to my health issues, I have gotten ill at a lot of places where I have eaten.
So when I travel I always look for a vegan restaurant because fruits and vegetables will rarely make me ill. I am not a picky eater but some people may think so if they don't live with chronic pain. I have suffered from chronic pain since I was 25 years old. Food would aggravate my degenerate spine disease so badly that I would not be able to walk. Inflammation is the worse thing to happen to me and most foods in a box, GMO or depending the meat that I eat will cause a chain reaction of pain. So when traveling, most of the time I look for vegan restaurants, and Key West has the best vegan food by far from all my travels.
Now, let's get started on the best green juice recipe that I got, I make it twice a week for my husband who is diabetic so blood sugar is important to monitor. With Granny Smith Apples in season, I got them very cheap and what can I say, spinach is always on my grocery list every week.
Equipment Needed
I use the Nama Juicer after buying 4 different machines (that I returned!) this by far is the best. I could not believe how easy it is to clean. It has a high-pressure processing center when grinding the center. It does not come cheap but has paid for itself with all the juicing that I have done. Get More Info on My Juicer > Nama

How long do I keep the juice in the refrigerator?
I usually keep my juice for 2 to 3 days. I just finish my juice very quickly so it never really passes 2nd days so by the 3rd day I am juicing again.

I juice every 3rd day and keep everything in glass jars in the refrigerator.
Is the Nama Juicer hard to clean?
This is the easiest machine I have ever used to clean which is why I hated the other machine on the market.
