Recipe for the Holidays! Nothing beats Finger Food for the Holidays. Easy to make with tomatoes, mozzarella and lets not forget the beef stick that is a mini sausage filled with flavor.

Finger-Food-for-the-Holidays

Some of us like small get-togethers for the holidays and finger food is so easy to put together for a little something to accompany a cocktail. I for one can’t drink without something to eat. In France it’s unheard  of to have cocktails without peanuts and olives or finger food. A cocktail is always served with something to nibble on while having a cocktail.

This is so easy to make and reminds me of a little sandwich on a stick. I used these wonderful beef sticks that are full of flavor and perfect for on the go snack. When working out or traveling nothing beats Apex Protein Snacks which are a perfect stocking stuffer for high protein treats.

BACKCOUNTRY STICK  are full of flavor and quick to eat for on the go which is why i used them for my Finger Food Tower that is healthy. Even though the holidays are here, we still try to limit our sugar intake because of my husband's diabetes. This is the perfect treat to an evening of holiday cheers without him feeling that he is missing out on something, not to mention, my husband LOVEs beef sticks.

Variations

There are plenty of different cheeses to use which can be cut into squares and used instead. I also love to add olives to my Finger Food Tower or pickles.

Storage

I don’t recommend storage for this, it should be served on the same day that it is made. It will dry out. I tried storing a few in the fridge just to see what I would get and it did not look as fresh.

Top Tip

I arrange everything in separate bowls and then work as an assembly line which even my husband could put these together! LOL Enjoy!
