Luray Caverns in Virginia for Fall is like stepping into Star Wars. It feels like your on the Moon. I was amazed at the beauty of such a wonderful wonder. I felt like I was in a galaxy far away and waiting for a Jedi to pop out from Star Wars.
My sister had come to town for a long weekend so we decided to explore some of Virginia wonders. Being a Star Wars fan I decided to visit Visit Luray Caverns to see what this was all about and off we went!
Here we are! A nice home, I thought, but where are the caves? To my surprise, you must enter and go down the stairs where everything is underground from this home.
It's like leaving earth and walking onto the moon in 30 minutes. I am now a Jedi as I explore the new world.
The reflection on the water from the cave, you can't tell what begins or ends as your walking inside in amazement.
By the way, it's extremely humid and you will crave water like being in the desser,t so bring a bottle.
To my surprise there is a full playing piano organ for a wedding ceremony if one wishes for the ceremony to be held in the Luray Cavern.
This is where you begin to think on what kinda dress would a Jedi wear?

I can't believe how amazing this place is to visit. You will truly feel like your on the moon.
The items above are some of the finds that were in the Luray Carvens. When the caves were discovered, human occupation was found in the cave. 
It is the strangest experience of being on earth, and right below the ground you walk on to a foreign galaxy. We were all so very impressed with the visit to Luray Cavern. With sinkholes around the area, I'm sure people would just fall into the ground!
