Heirloom Tomato Salad with Cranberry Vinaigrette

Heirloom Tomato Salad with Cranberry Vinaigrette is the last of summer veggies to be had while fall begins to creep up. As I get the last batch of my favorites at the farmers market, I am reminded of fall with the great taste of a Olio Tasting Room Cranberry Balsamic Vinegar  to make the perfect vinaigrette to top it off.

I love this time of year with the nights becoming cooler and the leaves changing around us. It’s a sign of the holidays to come with a whole new variety of vegetables and fruits to come. The sad thing is  there will be no more Heirloom Tomato Salad with Cranberry Vinaigrette that are so tasty and full of color. So grab them while you can because they won’t be around much longer.

I noticed, I waste nothing in the refrigerator because I can always make vegetable soup or juice when things are starting to go bad.
