The Air Fryer Corn Ribs recipes is scrumptious and healthy and so easy to make in no time. A healthy twist to traditional corn recipes for the holidays. Not to mention the Corn Ribs are low-carb, gluten-free and vegan.

Ingredients
  • 4 corn ears
  • 1 tbsp Old Bay
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • ¼ cup Mayonaise
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tsp sriracha sauce
  • Salt and pepper
Instructions
Corn Ribs
  1. Clean the corn and cut in to strips, this is the hardest part of the recipe.
  2. Place the corn into a bowl and mix the olive oil, Old Bay, salt and pepper.
  3. Mix all together, I used my hands because it was easier to coat all the corn.
  4. Spray the bottom of the Air Fryer with coconut oil.
  5. Place the corn in the Air Fryer and set the time.
Sauce
  1. Add the vegan mayo and sriracha sauce and mix.
  2. Mix a little bit of lemon along with the salt and pepper.
  3. Whisk together until its creamy.
  4. If you like the corn crispy add more time to the Air Fryer. I also makes the Air Fryer Corn Ribs at the end so I can serve them nice and hot. They are super yummy that way.
