Equipment

  • 1 Air Fryer

Ingredients

  • 4 corn ears
  • 1 tbsp Old Bay
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • ¼ cup Mayonaise
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tsp sriracha sauce
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions

Corn Ribs

  • Clean the corn and cut in to strips, this is the hardest part of the recipe.
  • Place the corn into a bowl and mix the olive oil, Old Bay, salt and pepper.
  • Mix all together, I used my hands because it was easier to coat all the corn.
  • Spray the bottom of the Air Fryer with coconut oil.
  • Place the corn in the Air Fryer and set the time.

Sauce

  • Add the vegan mayo and sriracha sauce and mix.
  • Mix a little bit of lemon along with the salt and pepper.
  • Whisk together until its creamy.
  • If you like the corn crispy add more time to the Air Fryer. I also makes the Air Fryer Corn Ribs at the end so I can serve them nice and hot. They are super yummy that way.
