American Flatbread Recipe
An easy American Flatbread Recipe made with seasoned ground beef with pesto. along with the sprinkled Parmigiano cheese with a crunchy crust ready to eat in 30 minutes!

- 1 pd Ground beef
- 4 tablespoon Tomato paste
- 1 tablespoon Pesto
- ½ cup Ricotta
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 tablespoon Garlic Powder
- Salt & Pepper
Prepare Ground Beef
Add a tablespoon of olive oil in a pan, let it warm up to medium and then add the ground beef and season. Breakup the ground beef until it get brown. About 8 minutes to fully cook.
Mix the tomato paste into the ground beef. Mix until fully blended together then set aside.
Prepare Flatbread
Take the flatbread and spread the pesto sauce evenly on top of the flatbread.
Spoon on top the ricotta cheese in different areas of the flatbread.
Spoon the ground beef mix on top of flatbread. Place in flatbread on a pan and place in the oven at 350º degrees for about 20 minutes. Once the flatbread is browned around the edges, take it out of the oven.
Sprinkle olive oil on top and grade some Parmigiano cheese before serving.
