Yogurt & Granola Cups
For a healthy breakfast or dessert, Yogurt & Granola Cups with my favorite topping of fruit with honey make it a summer favorite.

Crust
- ½ cup Dates
- ¼ cup Peanut Butter
- ¼ cup Pecans
- 1 tablespoon Collage Powder
- 1 tablespoon Chia Seeds
- 3 tablespoon Oatmeal
- 2 tablespoon Honey
- 2 tablespoon Pumpkin Seeds
Center
- 1 cup yogurt
- 2 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 tablespoon maple syrup
- 1 banana any fruit will do
Topping
- ¼ cup Strawberries
- 1 tablespoon Honey
- Fresh Mint chopped mint
Mix all the crust ingredients in the food processor until everything begins to combine.
Spoon into the mold and press down till flatten.
Add the yogurt, lemon, and maple syrup and mix.
Spoon on top of the crust and fill the cup.
Place in the freezer for 2 to 3 hours or until the cups are hard.
Take the Yogurt & Granola Cups out of the mold and top them with fruits and drizzle a little honey. Serve and Enjoy!
- It is best to use rubber molds because they are so easy to peel the mold and have Yogurt & Granola Cups pop out.
- I also used cupcake pans and used liners before I put the mixture inside. The liners make it easier to remove the Yogurt & Granola Cups.
