Chocolate Ganache
- ½ cup chocolate chips
- 1 tablespoon butter
Cream Cheese Filling
- 4 oz. cream cheese softened quickly while warm.
- ¼ cup yogurt
- ½ cup heavy cream
- 3 tablespoon honey
- ½ teaspoon vanilla
Strawberry Filling
- 3 cup fresh strawberries
- 3 oz strawberry jello mix
- ½ cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 cup cold water
Fresh Whipped Cream Topping
- ¾ cup heavy cream
- ¼ cup maple syrup
- 2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Cream Cheese Filling
Mix the cream cheese with heavy cream, yogurt, honey, and vanilla until softened then wrap in plastic and place in the refrigerator for 2 hours so it can cool. Then spread on the pie and spread evenly. Wait a couple of hours before the next step.
Fresh Whipped Cream Topping
Mix the heavy cream, maple syrup, and vanilla extract on a high-speed mixer until the cream peaks. Place on top of the pie. and sprinkle with chocolate chips. Best served right away with the whipped cream!
- when making the jello mix adjust the heat on the stovetop so as not to burn the bottom of the jello and keep mixing.
