- 1 large egg white
- 1 tablespoon water
- ⅔ cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon pumpkin spice
- ¼ cayman pepper
- 3 cups mixed nuts
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
Preheat the oven at 275º degrees.
Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
Mix the egg white with water in a large bowl until frothy.
In a small bowl, mix the sugar and spice.
Toss the nuts in the egg white mixture.
Add the sugar and spice along with the Worcestershire, mix to coat all nuts.
Spoon the nut mixture onto the baking sheet, spread nuts evenly.
Bake for 30 to 35 minutes until golden brown,
Let the nuts cool and then break apart.
