Cut the tip off of the fig and insert the knife into and X cut half way of the fig.
Insert the goat cheese in the center of the fig.
Wrap 1 slice of prosciutto around the fig.
Oil the pan and place the wrap fig onto the pan.
Place all the figs so they are nestled tightly so the ham does not come undone while it cooks.
Cook in the oven at 350º degrees for about 15-20 minutes until the cheese is a little brown on top
Drizzle with olive oil on top and let cool before serving.
Notes
I usually cook the appetizer until the goat cheese turns brown on top. Another thing that I do after I'm done cooking is let it cool a little so you can cut it easy and spread on top of a sliced baguette.
