Hot Chocolate Recipe for a Chocolat Chaud

Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons of the drinking chocolate mix.
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1 cup half and half
  • ¼ cup marshalls
  • 2 cinnamon sticks

Instructions

  • In a saucepan, whisk. add milk and half and half, chocolate mix.
  • Place over medium heat until steaming, whisking constantly to avoid burning the chocolate.
  • Cool too desired serving temperature and pour into 2 mugs.
  • Serve with toppings.
