Equipment

  • 1 Strainer (if using a blender)
  • 1 Knife and cutting board
  • 1 sharp knife

Ingredients

  • 4 carrots
  • 2 apple

Instructions

  • Wash carrots and slice into small pieces.
  • Feed the carrot pieces into the juicer and collect the juice in a container.
  • Pour the blended mixture through a fine mesh strainer or cheesecloth to separate the juice from the pulp. Press down to extract as much juice as possible.
