- 2 pork chops
- 1 apple diced
- 1 onion diced
- ¼ cup white wine
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and Pepper
Season the pork chop with salt and pepper
Place olive oil on a cast iron pan and sphere pork chops on each side.
Cut apples and place in the pan around the pork chops and drizzle olive oil on top
Lower the heat and pour the wine in slowly.
Place in the oven for about 10 minutes at 400 degrees until the pork chops are cooked.
Use a thermometer to read pork chops.
