Chocolate Banana Oat Bread

This gluten-free Chocolate Banana Oat Bread is the perfect moist bread to wake up and so easy to make.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup oats
  • 1 cup King Arthur Measure for Gluten Free Flour
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • 3 Tbsp cacao powder
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp baking soda
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¾ cup coconut milk
  • 2 ½ bananas mashed
  • ¼ cup maple syrup
  • 2 eggs

Instructions

  • Whisk together dry ingredients in bowl and in a separate bowl mix the wet ingredients.
  • Now mix both in with the blender and add the flour slowly
  • Pour into a parchment line bread pan and spray pan lightly with oil.
  • Bake at 350ø for about 45 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean, let it cool and your ready to EAT!

Notes

When I make banana bread, I always mix on high so I get that moisture in my bake goods. Don't forget to line your pan, which will make it so easy to lift the bread without sticking.
