Ingredients

  • 6 figs
  • 6 prosciutto sliced
  • 4 oz goat cheese cut into cubes
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  • Slice the goat cheese into cubes
  • Cut the tip off of the fig and insert the knife into and X cut half way of the fig.
  • Insert the goat cheese in the center of the fig.
  • Wrap 1 slice of prosciutto around the fig.
  • Oil the pan and place the wrap fig onto the pan.
  • Place all the figs so they are nestled tightly so the ham does not come undone while it cooks.

Notes

I usually cook the appetizer until the goat cheese turns brown on top. Another thing that I do after I'm done cooking is let it cool a little so you can cut it easy and spread on top of a sliced baguette.
