Ingredients

  • 2 cups spinach
  • 1 apple cut in pieces
  • 2 date
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • 1 cup coconut water

Instructions

  • Place the spinach, chopped apples, dates, ice cubes and coconut water in a blender.
  • Pulse blender a couple of times to get it started and then blend until creamy looking, about 5 minutes.
  • Pour into 2 glass with a straw. Enjoy!

Notes

So here is the thing with storing a smoothie, it loses something in taste. The longest I store my smoothie of any kind is 2 to 3 hours in a glass jar with a lid.
