Place the spinach, chopped apples, dates, ice cubes and coconut water in a blender.
Pulse blender a couple of times to get it started and then blend until creamy looking, about 5 minutes.
Pour into 2 glass with a straw. Enjoy!

So here is the thing with storing a smoothie, it loses something in taste. The longest I store my smoothie of any kind is 2 to 3 hours in a glass jar with a lid.
