Ingredients Needed

Crust – 1/2 cup Dates – 1/4 cup Peanut Butter – 1/4 cup Pecans – 1 tbsp Collage Powder – 1 tbsp Chia Seeds – 3 tbsp Oatmeal – 2 tbsp Honey – 2 tbsp Pumpkin Seeds Center – 1 cup yogurt – 2 tbsp lemon juice – 2 tbsp maple syrup

 It is best to use rubber molds because they are so easy to peel the mold and have Yogurt & Granola Cups pop out.
