Ingredients 

1. The sliced onions are what give the extra flavor to the potato dish so I cook them long and slow to caramelize onions. 2. Leftover potatoes are great to use for this dish. 3. To get a crispy exterior set the potatoes in a bottom layer and let them get crispy before you flip then repeat until the potatoes are all crispy. 4. Cut the potatoes about the same size and in small slices so they will all cook evenly. 5. Chili powder is great to use for that extra spice.
