Asian Coleslaw Recipe

– 3 cups purple cabbage shredded – 1 carrot shredded – ½ cup cilantro chopped – 1 cucumber julienne sliced – ¼ cup peanuts chopped Dressing – ¼ cup mayonnaise – ¼ cup rice vinegar – 2 garlic cloves grated – 1 tablespoon ginger grated – 2 tablespoon miso – 1 tablespoon sugar – Dash Salt and Pepper

Ingredients
