Making sushi with some fall flavors of acorn squash and roasted pork belly. Let’s get started!

For the Filling  – 1 Acorn Squash – ½ pd Pork Belly – 5 Soy Sheets – 2 tsp garlic salt Sauce & Ganish – ¼ cup Pomegranate – ¼ cup Mayonnaise – 3 tbsp Sriracha Sauce

Filled with roasted acorn squash, flavorful crispy pork belly and topped off with pomegranate seeds.
