A crispy and fluffy side to go with a traditional Sunday lunch
Preheat the oven to 450 degrees (I use a thermometer because ovens change, you can buy one for $10 at Target)
Make sure to oil the muffin pan and fill it 3/4 way. Put in the hot oven to let the oil heat.
Mix ingredients for 25 minutes on medium and add mixture to the oiled pan.
Place in the oven for 15 - 20 minutes until the popovers have risen and are golden brown.
You can sprinkle powder sugar on top or do a sugar glaze. I enjoy them with a little butter.
Don't use the small muffin but the big ones of 6.
