  • 1/2 cup of parsley
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup cranberry vineger
  • Salt and Pepper

  3. Crush your chickpea with a folk.
  4. Slice cucumber into long matchsticks
  5. Mix the olive oil and cranberry vinegar with slat and pepper.

  8. Spread chickpea.
  9. Sprinkle the cranberry vinaigrette
  10. Place on slice of yellow tomato on plate.
  11. Place green beans on top
  12. Sprinkle the cranberry vinaigrette.
  13. Place on slice of purple tomato on plate.
  14. Place cucumber on top.
  15. Sprinkle the cranberry vinaigrette.
  16. Place a red tomato and sprinkle chopped walnuts on top.
  17. Sprinkle the cranberry vinaigrette.
  18. Dash salt and pepper on top.
