A delicious snack to prepare that takes no time to make is Peru Maiz Chulpe. Sprinkle on top salt or sugar and spice to snack on during an evening of binge watching.
Heat the pan to medium heat and pour the corn into the pan.
With a wooden spoon mix the corn around so the corn can toast but not sit to long to burn on one side.
I cooked mine on medium heat for about 15 minutes until golden brown.

Notes
When toasting the corn move around to circulate the corn as it cooks to get it toasty and not burn on one side. Let it cool down completely before storing.
