Easy to Make Brunswick Stew Recipe in a Pressure Cooker that took 30 minutes to make. After visiting Charleston South Carolina and having Brunswick Stew I had to get the recipe.

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 large Vidalia onion finely chopped
  • One 15-ounce can fire roasted tomatoes with their juices
  • 3 cups homemade chicken stock
  • 1 cups barbecue sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 ham shank
  • ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 2 cups frozen corn kernels
  • 2 cups frozen baby lima beans
  • Pinch salt and ground pepper

Instructions

  • Chop up 1 onion.Peel 3 garlics.
  • Put your vegetables and onions in the Pressure cooker
  • Place the ham shank on top.
  • Add the liquid ingredients along with spices into the pot.
  • Set the Pressure cooker on soup/stew.
  • When done , mix and remove bone.
  • Serve in a bowl and Enjoy!

This stew is usually made with pork and chicken. I choose to leave the chicken out. Here are few things that you can add to this dish.
