- 2 tablespoons butter
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 1 large Vidalia onion finely chopped
- One 15-ounce can fire roasted tomatoes with their juices
- 3 cups homemade chicken stock
- 1 cups barbecue sauce
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 ham shank
- ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 2 cups frozen corn kernels
- 2 cups frozen baby lima beans
- Pinch salt and ground pepper
Chop up 1 onion.Peel 3 garlics.
Put your vegetables and onions in the Pressure cooker
Place the ham shank on top.
Add the liquid ingredients along with spices into the pot.
Set the Pressure cooker on soup/stew.
When done , mix and remove bone.
Serve in a bowl and Enjoy!
This stew is usually made with pork and chicken. I choose to leave the chicken out. Here are few things that you can add to this dish.
