Homemade Kale Chips

Easy to make, homemade healthy snacks

Ingredients

  • 2 teaspoons garlic salt
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 6 cups Kale about 2 bunches, rinsed with stems removed

Instructions

  • Cut kale into 2 to 3 inch pieces and remove the stem.
  • Wash kale and dry completely.
  • Rub olive oil to kale and mix by hand.
  • Try to get all the leaves covered.
  • Place on baking sheets (I like to use parchment paper for easy clean up) and bake at 350 F until they are crispy.
  • Time for baking varies depending on the size of your chips and desired crispness. So check and rotate pan as they cook.
