Thanksgiving Breakfast to Prevent Overeating

- 4 Slices of Toasted Gluten Free Seeded Bread
- 4 eggs
- 4 slices of goat cheese
- 2 cups of chopped kale
- 1 large sweet potato
- 2 tablespoon of olive oil
- 2 teaspoons of garlic salt
- Salt & Pepper to your preferences
Cut up your sweet potato and roast them on a pain with olive oil and seasoning for about about 20 minutes at 400 degrees.
Toast your bread
Take you kale and in a pan pour 1 tablespoon of olive oil and cook for about 2 minutes.
Take your sweet potatoes and kale and mix in a bowl.
Fry your eggs ( make them as you desire, I like them sunny side up )
Take your toast, place the cheese, a spoonful of kale and potatoes and place the egg on top.
Put a little salsa on top or my husbands favorite ketchup. ENJOY!
